During investigation, children were in care at the operation. The operation's LLC - MCJB Investments #1992, was verified on the https://comptroller.texas.gov/ and found to be inactive.
On 9/22/25 the infant classroom was over ratio in the afternoon once a teacher left unexpectedly. The classroom was over ratio by three infants for an hour. Once the director arrived from the transportation route, she helped the infant teacher and stayed in the classroom.
