During the previous inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed in the terrific two classroom the door frame to the exit door is missing the trim and there is a gap between the door frame and the wall. The drywall is also peeling. The baseboard on the back wall the trim is peeling off the wall and some of the paint is peeling off by the trim. In the bathroom the trim to the left of the door at the bottom is broken. In the Busy Bees classroom the changing table the top layer of the changing table is peeling and exposing the particle board. On all the playgrounds the play equipment had a black and white substance on it.
