At the time of inspection, the LS observed the fire extinguishers in the Kitchen (2) and a fire extinguisher in the twos classroom to have expired tags. Per the provider the fire extinguishers were to be serviced by a third party recently. However, the LS was not provided an invoice or statement from the third party regarding the last service date of the fire extinguishers.
