Program Management and Licensing Staff reviewed video surveillance showing childcare personnel holding a child down on the mat, restricting a child's movement, holding a child upside down, pulling a child by the arm roughly, forcing a child to drink water, and not following the facilities discipline policy. Childcare personnel was terminated from the program.
