On todays inspection, the following remains non- compliant; - back play area chain-link fence gate leads to a body of water and has a gap greater than 3.5 inches - maintain lawn, remove overgrown weeds in back play area This is the second occurrence of this non-compliance and a notice of violation is being issued.
