At the time of the inspection, observed the child abuse and neglect reporting forms were expired for the staff/ Technical assistance was provided that the child abuse and neglect reporting forms must be current, and are valid for only one year. Provider resolved the non-compliance at the time of the inspection by printing the forms and obtaining personnel signatures promptly.
