During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the Large Family Child Care Home's Clearinghouse Employee/Contractor Roster was not current in that 3 personnel who are no longer Substitutes were not end dated. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the LFCCH Handbook: L. The employer/owner/operator must add substitutes, employees and household members to their Employee/Contractor Roster within ten days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result.
