At the time of the inspection, it was observed that the operator failed to maintain and/or document an active Staff Credential Verification on their respective departments training transcript. The operators staff credential expired on 6/4/2025 per the Florida Early Childhood Professional Development Registry. Technical assistance was provided advising the provider that operators must possess and maintain an active Staff Credential Verification Confirmation, documented on their Training Transcript for at least one year prior to licensure. The provider was also advised that Inactive staff credentials may not be used to operate a large family child care home. •
