The 10 hours of annual in-service training had not been completed by the operator between July 1-June 30 annually.These training hours were for the fiscal year that ended [10/16/23 (Staff Credential- Expired)] when 10 hours of training was the requirement.
Report comments
The provider does not have an active staff credential on the training transcript. The current staff credential expired 10/16/23. The provider said she completed the CDA class 9/25/23. She soon after uploaded the renewal application, over a month ago. When the DCF training helpline was called today during the inspection, they stated the renewal application was not received. The provider immediately re- submitted the information and called and verified that the application was received.
