Counselor observed upon arrival to the large family day care home at 12:15 PM, 1 employee present with a total of 11 children; ages were: 1-2 year old, 5- 3 year old, 2- 4 year old and 3- 5 year old. At 12:29 PM the owner/operator arrived at the large family day care home during inspection. At 12:39 PM another employee/household member arrived at the large family daycare home during inspection.
