48-3 Class 3: No Current TB Screening for Household Member Violation Detail: There was no statement of a current tuberculosis risk assessment for a household/family member older than 12 years of age. At the time of the FCCH license renewal inspection, there was no TB screenings/physicals for the provider's household member who is now 14 years old and in need of the TB screenings. T.C. Technical Assistance was provided to the provider by informing them that they need physicals and TB screenings for their household member. Provider was informed that they can email the inspector the updated documents.3
