At the time of the inspection, it was observed no plastic-lined, securely covered container was present by diaper changing station. It was observed that provider would dispose soiled diapers within plastic bag across room from diaper changing station into trash can in kitchen. Technical assistance was provided to the provider recommending waste basket with secure plastic lining and plastic cover be located by diaper changing station for soiled diapers to be disposed of.
