During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the fence/barrier to the in-ground swimming pool was partially removed. The barrier did not go around entire pool while children were in care. Provider advised that her husband must have taken it down. Licensing Specialist also observed that the door leading to the pool was unlocked. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, section 7.7 Swimming Pools A.
