During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that an additional mattress topper had been placed underneath the fitted sheet in all three cribs. Two of the three cribs were occupied by sleeping children. The mattress toppers did not fit properly, extending beyond the edges of the crib mattresses on two sides. The Licensing Specialist checked the warning label on the crib mattress, which states: Never add soft bedding, padding, or an extra mattress. Use only one mattress at a time.
