- During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed two tubes of Desitin cream and two tubes of Aquaphor cream which had expired being stored in a cubby. Provider discarded all of the expired diaper cream in the presence of Licensing Specialist. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, section 7.24 Medication I. Medication which has expired or is no longer being administered shall be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian or discarded if the child is no longer enrolled in care at the home.
