During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the Operator has a three-layer refrigerator, with two layers designated for refrigeration and one for freezing. Functional thermometers were observed in the top refrigeration layer and the bottom freezer layer. However, the middle refrigeration layer which is also used to store food for children in care, did not have a thermometer.
