During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed a pacifier, bib, toys and other unrelated items placed on the diaper changing table. Licensing Specialist observed Provider remove all of the items. This standard was brought back into compliance during the time of inspection. Items unrelated to diaper changing shall not be stored in the diaper changing area nor shall they be placed on the diaper changing table.
