During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed a battery pack, hand sanitizer, printer ink, adult scissors, Mucinex, Vicks, lotion, and Vaseline were on a desk which was accessible to the children in care. Hand sanitizer and lotion were on a low table accessible to the children in care. During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by the Operator removing all items to an area out of childrens reach.
