- During the time of the reinspection the Licensing Specialist observed the kitchen refrigerator is still not working only the freezer is working at this time. The provider stated she is only using the freezer at this time to store food. The provider was provided with extra time to replace the refrigerator. Per the DCF Handbook Refrigerators/freezers must have accurate food grade thermometers designed to measure cold storage temperature and these must be placed inside each refrigeration and freezer unit. The playground had a large palm tree limb hanging down next to the fence and on the ground. The large palm tree limb has sharp needle like limbs on it. These items will need to be replaced, removed, or repaired for the safety of the children.
