Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and any problems corrected before the play area is used by children and documentation must be maintained for 12 months. A blank log was reviewed with the provider and a copy emailed on today's date.

The counselor did observe there were no life saving devices.
