- At the time of reinspection, the counselor observed the living room area of the home with dust build up on the ceiling fan and both air conditioning vents near the ceiling fans. The counselor advised the operator that the vents itself need to be wiped down and cleaned to eliminate dust build up. Also, the dust has spread to the ceiling which will require a solution and scrubbing to eliminate the dust from the fans and vents. TA was provided to ensure that the dust is cleaned from the air conditioning vents, ceiling fans and ceiling area in the living room by the due date.
