Upon arrival to the provider's home, Licensing Specialist observed the provider outside speaking to her neighbor. The family home daycare was open and there were 4 children left alone inside the home. Submit a plan to ensure that all daycare children are supervised during daycare hours.

Upon arriving at the daycare provider's home, there were 2 infants sleeping in a bedroom with the door closed.
