Licensing Specialist did confirm 4 children were transported by the provider without proper carseat restraints. Submit proper documents to add transportation to license or a detailed letter stating you will not transport children in your personal vehicle. Submit a detailed emergency plan to use going forward in the event there is another medical emergency while children are in care.
