- I did confirm the Bedding (Bassinet) was inappropriate. The child was 7 months old was able to pull up and tumble out of the bassinet. The provided stated the child had never pulled up before this incident. The provided purchased a play pen for the child to sleep in. I spoke to the provider about moving children out of a bassinet when they become mobile and start to roll over.
