Provider did not distribute the Distracted Driver brochures for signature in September 2023. Provider has put reminders on calendars, and has hung the brochure in the kitchen. Provider will distribute the brochure and retain signatures from a parent/guardian for each child enrolled. This will be done in April and September of each year.
