Licensing Specialist observed Owner did not have a transportation log. 2.4.2 Transportation Log A log must be maintained for all children being transported in the vehicle or on foot away from and/or to the premises of the home. The log must be retained for a minimum of 12 months. The log must include each childs name, date, time of departure, time of arrival and the signature of the driver verifying all children were accounted for during the visual sweep. Owner has until 01/18/2026 to complete the transportation log and complete the one hour transportation training.
