Inspector notes
Licensing Specialist observed a cord/wire hanging from one part of the fence to the other in the play area. Per Provider do not have any enrollments at this time, however, removed wires before inspection was completed. 7.6 Outdoor Time, Fencing and Play Area Requirements A. Outdoor Play areas shall be clean, in good repair and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards.

At the time of inspection, the licensing specialist reviewed the fire drill log for the home daycare. The posted fire drill log had documented the last fire drill was documented on August 28th, 2024. Per the provider, who had been nonoperational, stated she thought the drills were required once a year. Emergency Preparedness log was last documented on June 28th, 2024. 7.21 Fire Drills A.
