Counselor found that the fire extinguisher tag expired in Jan 2023. As corrective action, provider needs to have the fire extinguisher updated by the due date. Fire Safety A. It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure all areas of the home are free from fire hazards such as lint and dust build up in heating and air vents, filters, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, and dryer vents. B. The home shall have an operable smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher with a current certificate.
