- 5/30/25, Licensing Specialist observed the living room area and front playroom had boxes and miscellaneous items that could pose a hazard to the children in care. The bathroom door has a partial hole in the front side and the kitchen floor has several tiles that are broken and/or chipped. Provider has been given a compliance due date of 6/2/25.
