- Licensing Specialist observed a Ring camera located on the countertop in bathroom. Provider advised Licensing Specialist that the children were filling the soap bottles in the bathroom with water. Provider put an old Ring camera on the countertop and advised the children that she will find out who's putting water in the soap dispenser now that she was recording. Provider advised Licensing Specialist that the camera is not plugged into anything, and no batteries were installed.
