Report comments: Program when asked did not have their fire drill log. This log should be on the premises during operation. The Coordinator produced the BGCSLC Emergency Operations Plan Poster.

Correction / follow-up note: Program Coordinator did not have on any head covering while preparing the dinner in the kitchen. Coordinator informed the Licensing Specialist that the Elementary does not provide those items, and theyre only allowed to utilize the items that the Elementary provide. The Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance and provided (2) head covering during the inspection to the coordinator.
