Inspector notes
During the inspection, observed one of the playgrounds with the four pillars and rectangular fencing had one pillar, or column, accessible to children that was designed of metal. The metal was rusted over, and is not in good repair. Additionally, in room 404, observed in back corner of classroom by the exit door, the wall by the floor edge appears to be in disrepair. Technical assistance was provided that the facility should have all areas in good repair, and address the concern with the rusted column accessible to children in the program on the playground. Also, technical assistance was provided that the wall be repaired in room 404 that is utilized by the after school program.
Program personnel who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the required in-service training during the states fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. (Section 18.6, number 1) Training [SR]
