Inspector notes
Daily attendance was monitored. Observed that classroom VPK 2 staff did not take the attndance binder with them when children were on the playground. Technical assistance was provided that the attendance binder has to be kept with staff when children are supervised at all times. The teacher went back into the classroom and retrieved the attendance binder. ENFORCEMENT
