THERE WERE SHARP SCISSOR THAT WERE ACCESSIBLE TO THE CHILDREN. ADVISE STAFF THAT ALL SHARP ITEM SHOULD BE KEPT OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION IT WAS CORRECTED.
