During the time of the inspection, the Operator advised Licensing that there are currently 35 children enrolled. During the time of the inspection, Licensing monitored 35 of the 35 childrens records. During the time of the inspection, Licensing observed that 5 of children's files did not include the custodial parents/legal guardian's acknowledgment/consent on the enrollment forms regarding receiving discipline/expulsion policies, the child care facilitys food and nutrition policies that includes language on food safety and food allergens, authorized persons for pick-up and for child care personnel to have access to child's records.
