During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 1 stall in the girl's bathroom was locked and had an "out of order" sign attached to the door. The Licensing Specialist was unable to access the toilet. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook:I. Each toilet and sink must be maintained in good operating condition, cleaned and sanitized or disinfected as needed, but at least once per day. Sinks utilized for teeth brushing activities/procedures by the children must be sanitized prior to the activity occurring."
