During the inspection the facility did not have documentation of having an approved fire inspection completed, staff responsible was not able to contact the school administrator as the public school was closed. During the inspection the facility did not have copy of a Level 2 Clearinghouse screening clearance for the employee that was hired on 05/28/2024. The facility was not able to provide a copy, all copies and results are kept by an individual through Hillsborough County schools, The individual was off the clock and was off during the next day. Upon checking the BGS result Licensing Specialist observed that the result for the above-mentioned employee was showing (A New Screening Required).
