Inspector notes
During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that 1 staff member had not completed their 5yr background re-screening. Licensing Specialist informed the Director. The staff was not on site at the time of inspection. Licensing Specialist did inform Director that staff unable to work alone with children until background screening cleared. CCF Handbook Section 5.2 Re-Screening A screening conducted under this rule is valid for five years, at which time a re-screenmust be conducted in the same manner as the initial screening.
