During the inspection Licensing Specialist observed that the Level 2 screening clearance for the employee that was hired on 8/20/2019 was expired on 9/6/2024. Upon checking the BGS result Licensing Specialist observed that the result for the above-mentioned employee was showing (New Screening is Required). The rescreening was not done on time required. The employee was not working for that day. Above mentioned employee cannot work at the program until rescreened and clear for DCF Child Care requirement.
