Inspector notes
During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that two child care personnel had not completed their preservice training within 90 days of beginning employment. The Operator explained that one teacher experienced issues with the DCF training website and was unable to log in or recreate his account. The program attempted to contact the DCF training support line at least four times, but each call was disconnected before assistance could be provided.
