13-03: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed chemicals accessible to the children on one of the supply carts, in that there were three spray bottles, two with an unknown colored liquid inside and one that said keep out of reach of children. Licensing Specialist also observed a maintained closet door was open and inside there was Consume natures way cleaner on the floor, and on a shelf, there were 3 super sorb instant absorbent cleaner that stated keep out of reach of children and 2 aerosol cans on the self that stated keep out of reach of children.
