Inspector notes
Licensing Specialist observed that the staff to child ratio was not maintained during the first walk through. The following ratio was observed at 1:51 pm: 2:64 Five to Eleven-Year-old. Staff responsible informed Licensing Specialist that a third staff was scheduled to start working at 2:30 pm. Technical Assistance was provided: Licensing Specialist disscussed ratio requirement with staff responsible on site . Staff responsible contacted Program leader over the phone, Licensing Specialist disscussed Ratio requirement with Program Leader over the phone. At 2:36 pm a third staff clocked in.
