(Section 3.1 and 3.2 Training Requirements, Page 7) Begin training for child care personnel refers to a candidates commencement of at least one of the child care training courses listed in section 402.305(2)(e)1, F.S. within the first 90 days of employment in the child care industry." During the time of inspection licensing specialist observed that (1) or more staff personnel had not completed training within the 90 days of hire.

Licensing authority observed the wall above the sink in room 117 to have a hole. The hole has been stuffed with paper towel. Technical assistance per School Readiness Program Health and Safety Standards Handbook 10.1, "All program facilities must be clean, in good repair, and free from health and safety hazards and vermin at all times. During the hours that the program is in operation, no portion of the building can be used for any activity that endangers the health and safety of the children."
