Inspector notes
Licensing arrived in the cafeteria at 3:27pm and the milk was out of the refrigerator being served to the younger children and then staff in charge went outside to make a phone call and when she went to serve the older students milk it was 3:54 which is 27 minutes the milk sat out at room temperature. Provider stated she didn't know that at her last place of employment it could sit out iced for an hour, but licensing said this milk is not sitting on ice. This provider is on the Food Program. This was resolved when provider poured out all of the milk that was sitting out.
