FSC reviewed 4 personnel records, but the facility had an employee on site working who did not have any paperwork. FSC verified he had a current background screening on file. Please see confidential page. The on-site lead person does not have access to the Clearinghouse website to make sure all staff are listed. Human Resources within the program do all the updating of personnel. Technical Assistance given: Personnel Records Records must be maintained and kept current on all child care personnel, as defined by Section 402.302(3), F.S. These records shall be on-site, available for review by the licensing authority and must include
