During the inspection the staff member in charge did not know where the staff files were located. The normal staff that is at the facility was not present during inspection. Technical Assistance: 7.4 Personnel Records Records must be maintained and kept current on all childcare personnel, as defined by section 402.302(3), F.S. These records shall be on -site, available for review by the licensing authority and must include Corrective action: Provider must send via email all staff members' files.
