May 8, 2025, the GOC1 observed a video provided by the daycare that showed the teacher for the two to five year old classroom leave the playground to go back inside to look for the child that was left behind. This placed the other 5 children she was watching (the children were 9,6,5,4 & 3 years in age) in the care of the infant teacher who herself had 3 children causing the staff-child ratio to be out of compliance. Video watched, GOC1 was not allowed to record the video. Technical assistance was given to the director to explain the ratio of staff to child ratio.
