The Licensing Specialist (LS) reviewed the video from the day of the incident, and video footage shows the teacher involved did not adhere to the facility's discipline policy. She did not calmly approach the situation. The (LS) provided technical assistance explaining all teachers should adhere to the discipline policy that is in place. 11.3 Childcare personnel did not comply with the facilities. written disciplinary and expulsion policies.
