Licensing Specialist observed Cleaning Supplies ( photo taken) in an unlocked cabinet on the floor accessible to children. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Dirtector: Cleaning Supplies must be kept in a locked cabinet or out of reach so the cleaning supplies are not accessible to children. The cleaning supplies were moved to an out of reach location at time of inspection.
