Child care regulation counselor observed: 1 staff caring for 38 school age children at the playground. 4 school age children alone on the tables located in between building 6 and the cafeteria. Children stated they were supposed to be watched by the staff at the basketball court. Child care regulation counselor took the children back to the cafeteria. 1:17 children at the basketball court. 1:40 school age children at court located by the parking lot. There were two teachers with this group but one staff stayed inside. Also when this same group was inside one of the staff stepped out leaving the 40 children with one staff.
